Quality Control

For all products, we extract parts in first inspection, routing inspection to control the quality. Then in final inspection,we extract parts to inspect by machine for durability,concentricity,roughness,hardness,roundness,high precision size.

For dowel pin, guide post, guide bushing, we inspect them all about the size and the precision clearance in final inspection.

For quick coupling and other product we inspect most of them about size.
